Fisherman FD3

The Fisherman FD3 is SwellPro’s most versatile waterproof fishing drone engineered to support a wide range of fishing styles, from targeting inshore species to landing larger offshore game. Designed with agility, durability, and simplicity, the FD3 empowers anglers of all experience levels to dramatically improve bait placement, casting range, and hookup success.

Powered by high-torque motors and high-discharge battery, the Fisherman FD3 can deploy baits and rigs of up to 4.2 LBS (2 KG) hundreds of yards offshore, and fly back safely, everytime, even in windy conditions.

With the FD3, anglers can attach over 10 hooks, baits, or lures to a single fishing line and deploy them at varying depths, significantly increasing the chances of catching multiple fish in a single drop.

Setting up the FD3 is incredibly fast and hassle-free. Simply slide the battery into the aircraft – no complicated wiring or connectors required. Secure the propellers on the motors with a quick twist.

Unlike many drones, the Fisherman FD3 is ready to take off in any beach of the world without complicated calibration process before every flight.

400-Yards Bait Drop In 30 Seconds. The high flying speed of the FD3 enables you to fly baits to deeper waters at a fraction of the time it would take with all traditional casting methods.

On a single battery charge, the FD3 can complete up to 5 flight trips, each traveling over 400 yards to deploy baits weighing up to 4.4 lbs (2 kg).

Built on SwellPro’s 10 years of exclusive waterproof technology, the Fisherman FD3 is fully saltwater-proof and designed to float – making it easy to recover in emergency water landings and ensuring long-lasting durability in harsh marine environments.

IP67 Saltwater-proof Aircraft. Completely sealed and protected against waves, salty air and full immersion in water up to 1 meter.

Corrosion-Resistant Electronics. Anything metal and electronics are completely coated to resist saltwater corrosion.

Safe Water. Landing. With floats attached, the FD3 floats on water if it lands so you can take off again from the water.

Automatic Flip Back. If the FD3 accidentally flips over in the water, you can easily use the joysticks to right it back to its normal position and control it to fly back to the shore safely.

With a better aerodynamic design, the Fisherman FD3 is able to maintain stability and control in winds of up to 60 km/h (38 mph) – so you can keep fishing when others pack up.
